Hôtels et Patrimoine was created in 2004 by Anne SOUTHAM-AULAS and Philippe GUENAT. The group owns and manages seven hotels 3*** and 4**** located in Swiss romande.

By creating a collection of unique hotel properties, all having a strong historical or cultural dimension, Hôtels et Patrimoine has brought small hotels back to life and integrated them in a centralised management system.

The size of the hotels ranges from 21 to 45 rooms and suites. To dispose of a reception desk and conciergerie in all hotels 24 hours a day, Hôtels et Patrimoine has developped a remote management system, unique in Switzerland.
